I have worked in marketing since 2007, across fashion, ecom, retail and live entertainment, both in-house and agency. I have experienced it all. I started out so sure with my journey, yet along the way, as life ‘life-d’, my path changed. As part of this path, I found so much enjoyment in helping others find and be their best selves; it was this feeling that ignited my coaching journey.

Coaching gives me so much energy, I love to see others challenge themselves, their thinking and succeed. Our journeys aren’t ever linear in the way we think they might be. Coupled with the world we live in today, the bombardment of communication and information, we aren’t given much opportunity to pause and reflect. I want to give you a space that is all about you, an opportunity for you to give back to yourself and give you the confidence to move forward.
